What is a credit?
Credits measure the AI work DashVault does for you. 1 credit is roughly one chart generation; bigger jobs, like a multi-chart dashboard or a long chat about your data, use a few. Only AI actions use credits. Viewing, filtering, refreshing and exporting never do.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You get a heads-up at 80% and again at 100%. At 100%, new AI actions pause until your credits reset on your monthly billing date. Everything else keeps working: dashboards, reports, filters, refresh, exports and shared links. If you need more before then, a top-up adds 200 credits for A$20.
Who counts as an editor?
Anyone who can create or change things in your workspace: owners, admins and editors. Viewers, including everyone you send a share link to, are never counted.
Can viewers see shared dashboards for free?
Yes. Viewers are never counted and never charged. Anyone you share a dashboard or report with can open it, filter it and export it without a seat. You only pay for editors.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free plan, but there is a 14-day free trial with 15 editors, 1,500 AI credits and every feature. No card is needed to start it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep creating and editing. Nothing is deleted, and your dashboards and share links keep working for viewers while you decide.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans run month to month, or year to year on annual billing, and you can cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
How is my data kept secure?
The AI never sees your full dataset or your credentials: it plans charts from a small sample and an exact statistics digest, and every number is computed from your data on our servers or in your browser. Saved credentials stay server-side. Read the security notes.
